How to Improve Your Morning in 5 Minutes!


Hello healthy tea babes! Want to know how to improve your morning in as little as 5 minutes? We have 5 easy tips for you!
  1. Exercise / stretch
    girl in bed hello tea morning routineNow before you get all huffy-puffy about exercise, just know that it doesn’t have to be anything too strenuous!
    • Upward stretch - lace your fingers together and reach high to the sky and breathe. Count to 10 and feel your spine releases.
    • Stay in bed and try a reclining spinal twist. Lay on your back and bend the knees together and let them fall to the side while you look the other way to feel your body release.
    • Stand next to your bed and with one hand on the comforter, stretch your other hand to the sky and look up as you take 2-3 deep breaths.
    • Child’s pose as you lay on your bed. Take easy breaths and count to 10.
    These are just some examples of good stretches for the body. We dare you to try some and let us know which ones work for you and what you recommend in the mornings!

  2. Meditation
    Just sit for two minutes and imagine how well your day will go. Picture yourself conquering your daily tasks. Count your breaths and picture your day going beautifully.

  3. Fresh air
    Start your morning by walking to your balcony, or your backyard, or enjoying the morning sunshine and breeze with your animal companion. Just take a few minutes to enjoy the beauty of the morning without any worries yet.

  4. Splash your face with some cold water

  5. Enjoy a cup of tea. Our favorite suggestion of them all!
    No matter what type of tea, sip from your favorite cup or mug and take 5 minutes for yourself. As we like to say, tea is happiness in a cup :)
